The well-related mare beat the Rating 75 sprinters off the back of three solid efforts this preparation.
Trained at Woodville by Shane Brown, the Howbaddouwantit mare has now won three times from 11 starts.
Don’t Dilly Dally was ridden patiently by Shannon Doyle who brought the chestnut home with a well-timed finish.
Bred and raced by Fairdale Stud /Goodwood stud and the CD Thoroughbred Partnership, she is out of the former top-class mare Plume.
The Gr 1 New Zealand 1000 Guineas winner and has done a solid job at stud.
She is the dam of six winners, including the Australian stakes performer Mount Kosciusko.
