Another superior performance
20 Sep 2015Goodwood Stud graduate Superior Court continued his impressive development at Riccarton this weekend.
The four-year-old won for the second time in four starts with a smart performance over 1800 metres.
His victory also credited stallion Nom de Jeu with his fourth winner within the space of seven days.
Superior Court was bought by trainer Brian Court for $4500 out of Goodwood’s 2012 National Weanling draft.
The Broadfield horseman returned to purchase the full-brother for $12,000 last year.
They are out of the Unbridled’s Song mare Unbridled’s Bronze, the winner of two races.
She has a 100 per cent success rate at stud following the wins of earlier foals Carl’s Star and Mr Fire Cat.
