Another mark for World Record
05 Dec 2016

World Record took another step up the ladder in Hong Kong last night with a smart victory at Sha Tin.

In the hands of Chad Schofield, the Tony Millard-trained gelding was a commandimg winner over 1400 metres.

World Record, who had also scored at his previous appearance, is a son of Savabeel bred and sold by Goodwood Stud.

He was a $200,000 yearling at Karaka in 2014 and is out of the Redoute’s Choice mare Run Brony Run.

Her two other foals to race have been winners with Dream Run also finishing fourth in the Gr 3 Lowland Stakes.

Further, it is the family of the champion Group One winner and producer Flying Spur.
