Atalante youngster popular
11 May 2017Auckland interests claimed Goodwood Stud’s Atalante youngster during the opening session of NZ Bloodstock’s Weanling Sale.
Horse Feng Bloodstock went to $20,000 to secure the colt, who is out of the English-bred Salse mare Obscure.
The grey, who is a half-brother to the multiple winner Cricketer, is from the family of the Gr 1 Emirates Stakes winner Titanic Jack.
On a quiet day for the farm, they sold their daughter of Showcasing for $8000.
The filly is out of the Gr 3 Highview Stakes winner and Group One performer Howmuchyacharging.
